FOUR TYPES OF HOMES, ALL SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE
Indigo Garden offers you a choice of four types of homes (prices from USD 287.500.-). What they have in common is their spacious layout with two bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. All homes also have a living room with an open kitchen, equipped with large wooden shutter doors that you can slide open partially or fully. This turns the living room into an outdoor space with a view of the golf course, the tropical garden or one of the beautiful swimming pools. Every home has an ample storage room.

Indigo Garden is a gorgeous resort directly next to hole one of the golf course at Blue Bay. On the rolling terrain are 89 modern villas that each have a unique view. Some boast an unobstructed panorama of the first hole, others look out over the lush tropical garden or the beautiful swimming pools. From your home, you can walk right into a generous green oasis (landscaping has been given particular attention). There is sufficient parking space at walking distance. Four home types are being developed within the resort, each with its own character and designed in a modern style by a local architect.
THE RENTAL POOL – FOR A CAREFREE VACATION VILLA!
We have developed a special rental concept for the homes at Indigo Garden. When you buy a villa, it automatically becomes affiliated with our hotel exploitation company. Blue Bay will professionally manage the rental process for ten years. For six weeks per year, you will be able to enjoy your home, the beach, the swimming pools, the gym and the tennis courts at no charge. You will share the net rental proceeds with Blue Bay. All expenses related to management, promotion, maintenance, cleaning, inventory and utilities are for our account. As a small extra incentive, we offer you one year’s free membership of the golf club. We guarantee that your home will cost you nothing for ten years. At Indigo Garden, you can enjoy your tropical vacation villa without a care, and you might even turn a healthy profit!
